In order to optimally supply you with fluids and to keep you focused, we have inserted a robust 1.5-liter Elite ™ hydration bladder into the backpack, which has a large opening at the top for quick refilling of ice and water. And after the race, the bladder is fully reversible for easy cleaning and drying.
